Accordingly, ESTRUCTURE undertakes to provide its services with the professional diligence customary in the industry (obligation of means) and does not guarantee specific results in terms of sales, number of leads, search engine rankings, reach, or return on investment, unless expressly agreed upon in writing in a specific agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability
ESTRUCTURE shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website. ESTRUCTURE shall also not be liable for interruptions, technical failures, or service suspensions attributable to hosting or connectivity providers, or resulting from force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

Nothing in this clause excludes ESTRUCTURE’s liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any mandatory warranties or rights that Colombian law grants to consumers.
